Do I need a CGM?

No. A CGM is a tool, not a prerequisite. Resting heart rate is the anchor. Most devices measure it or you can use a 60 second timer on your phone.

Is this a diet?

Will it work for low testosterone, hormone imbalance, perimenopause, or hormonal shifts?
